How much are your delivery charges?
We have a delivery charge of £4.95, but for orders over £50 delivery is free.

If you are not satisfied at any time please contact us as soon as possible by telephone on 02392 412332 or by email. Being a family run business here at Rowlands Home Hardware and our other branches, we take every effort to give our customers the best service, and will respond immediately to any problems you have.

How will my order be delivered?

When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your goods within 3 working days of receiving your order for items that are in stock. During busy periods this may take longer, however we will advise you via our order tracking system of extensive delays.

Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes you can.
Once you have placed your order you can track it's progress through our system by logging into your account. To log into your account click on the 'my account' link at the top of any page on this website. You will also find a link on the email that is sent to you once you have placed an order.
Your log in information will comprise of the email address you supplied when placing your first order together with the password you chose.

Can I collect my order from your store?
Yes you can.
All you need to do is place the words "Store Collection" as the delivery address when placing your order and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the collection of your order.
